lady m's suicide note (2022)

A play about motherhood, milk, and madness. I led a five-week devising process focused on text analysis, collaborative mythmaking, and developing a feminist creative space. lady m's... also served as the laboratory for my undergraduate thesis, "A Poetics of Radical Openness: Developing a Feminist Directing Praxis."

Against the Sky (2021)

Through intertwined stories of a missing sister and a mysterious seagull, Saskia Bakker's Against the Sky chronicles generations of mothers, coastal Maine towns, and fixing broken things. Produced as a part of The Theatre School at DePaul University's Wrights of Spring reading series.

The Transit of Gemini (2020)

A new musical by Morris McLennan and Peyton Gatza. A staged reading turned radio play in March 2020. A speculative fiction spectacular about CRISPR gene-altering technology and what it means to be connected. Produced as a part of The Theatre School at DePaul University's Wrights of Spring reading series.​
